Iotti+Pavarani, together with Ai Engineering, won the second prize in restricted competition
to design a masterplan in Sappada (BL), for a new sport and hotel complex.
Paolo Iotti and Marco Pavarani are invited to introduce their work in Pescara, on 2nd December 2011 (at 18.00, Ex Stazione Portanuova), within the events "Premio di Architettura Gaspare Masciarelli 2011".
On 16th of October was held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Parish house Regina Pacis in Reggio Emilia.
The new building will host a multi-purpose hall (auditorium, conference and meeting room, with seating for up to 200 people), nine rooms for catechism, spaces for elderly and other services; it will be completed within the end of 2012.

Iotti + Pavarani is among the six shortlisted teams for the restricted competition to design "Casa della Memoria", a new civic center inside Porta Nuova - Isola by Hines.

Following the winning proposal at Europan 9, Iotti + Pavarani is commissioned of the Detial Plan for the 20.4 ha area in Jugla to be transformed in a residential and services district based on principles of sustainability.
